
Microsoft Store Holiday Campaign 2017
I was working as a producer on the Microsoft Store Holiday campaign in 2017 and we had a problem with communicating with our overseas team. The two senior designers on the campaign and the creative director were spending at least an hour a day reviewing banners each, and were getting completely bogged down.
I created a simple execution guide, that ultimately changed the way the Microsoft Store studio approached large campaigns, and reduced review time for senior designers by 60%.
